About Ian & Poutney’s Auto Valet

Our Reputation
Nearly 30 Years of Hands-On Craftsmanship
Founded in 1998, Poutney’s Auto Valet built its reputation on a simple principle: total commitment to quality and customer service. Unlike large franchise operations where work is handed off, every single valet and detailing project is personally carried out by proprietor Ian Poutney.
With ongoing professional training—including formal certification from Autoglym and recognition as an authorised supplier and applicator of Williams Ceramic Coatings—Ian brings specialist knowledge, cutting-edge machine polishing techniques, and high-performance products directly to your doorstep.
